CNC Machined Parts by Type

Whatever you're sourcing, we machine it. Each guide below covers the materials, tolerances, and design choices specific to that part type, written by our engineers.

CNC Machined Brackets

Mounting, structural & precision brackets

Brackets are one of the most commonly CNC machined parts, and one where small design choices drive most of the cost. We machine mounting, structural, and angle brackets in aluminum, steel, and titanium for prototypes through production.

CNC Machined Housings & Enclosures

Electronics, sensor & equipment housings

Housings protect what's inside, electronics, sensors, optics, gears, and often need sealing surfaces, precise bores, and a clean cosmetic finish. We machine billet aluminum housings and enclosures from one-off prototypes to production runs.

CNC Machined Shafts

Drive shafts, spindles & motor shafts

Shafts transmit torque and rotate at speed, so concentricity and bearing-journal tolerance matter more than almost any other feature. We turn and grind precision shafts in steel, stainless, and titanium for motion and power-transmission applications.

CNC Machined Hydraulic & Pneumatic Manifolds

Hydraulic & pneumatic manifold blocks

Manifolds route fluid or air between ports through a network of intersecting drilled passages inside a solid block. The hard part isn't the outside, it's clean, deburred, leak-free cross-drilled internals. We machine and pressure-verify aluminum and steel manifolds.

CNC Machined Heat Sinks

High-performance aluminum & copper cooling

When an extruded heat sink can't hit the fin geometry or base flatness a design needs, it gets machined. We CNC machine aluminum and copper heat sinks with high fin density and a flat, smooth contact base for power electronics and high-heat applications.

CNC Machined Gears

Spur, helical, bevel & worm gears

Gears transmit motion through meshing teeth, so the tooth profile and tooth-to-bore concentricity decide how smoothly and quietly they run. We machine custom spur, helical, and bevel gears in metal and engineering plastic for prototypes and low-to-mid volume.

CNC Machined Valve Bodies

Valve, pump & fitting bodies

Valve bodies combine precise bores, sealing seats, and threaded ports in one part where leak-tight performance is non-negotiable. We machine valve and fitting bodies in stainless, brass, and steel with the bore and seat tolerances that sealing depends on.

CNC Machined Flanges

Pipe, mounting & adapter flanges

Flanges join two components through a bolted, often sealed interface, so bolt-hole pattern accuracy and sealing-face flatness are what matter. We machine custom pipe, mounting, and adapter flanges in steel, stainless, and aluminum to your pattern and standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kinds of CNC machined parts do you make?+

We machine brackets, housings, shafts, manifolds, heat sinks, gears, valve bodies, flanges and many other custom part types from your drawings, in metals and engineering plastics. If your part type is not listed, upload your CAD and we will quote it.

What materials can my machined parts be made from?+

Aluminum (6061, 7075), stainless steel (303, 304, 316L), titanium, brass, copper, carbon and tool steels, plus engineering plastics such as PEEK, POM and nylon. Material certificates and traceability are available for aerospace and medical parts.

Is there a minimum order quantity for machined parts?+

No. There is no minimum order quantity. We make single prototypes through to production volumes, with the same tolerances and quality process on every part.

What tolerances can you hold on machined parts?+

Standard tolerances of ±0.005 mm, with tighter tolerances down to ±0.001 mm on critical features and surface finishes to Ra 0.4 μm. Critical dimensions are CMM-inspected and supplied with a report on request.

How do I get a quote for a custom machined part?+

Upload your 3D STEP file and 2D drawing and you will receive a detailed quote, with a free DFM review, within 1 to 12 hours. No account or minimum order required.

Don't see your part?

We machine far more than the types listed here. Upload your CAD for a quote on any custom CNC part.
