Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Ginwate CNC website and the manufacturing services provided by Dongguan Jinweitai Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using the Ginwate CNC website (ginwatecnc.com) or placing an order for manufacturing services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
- If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these terms.
2. Services
- Dongguan Jinweitai Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd. provides precision CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and related manufacturing services.
- All services are subject to technical feasibility, material availability, and our capacity at the time of order. We reserve the right to decline any order at our sole discretion.
- Service specifications, tolerances, lead times, and pricing provided in quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
3. Quotes and Orders
- Quotes: All quotations are based on the design files and specifications provided by you. Any changes to design, material, quantity, or requirements after quote acceptance may result in revised pricing and lead times.
- Order Acceptance: An order is accepted only upon our written confirmation. Receipt of payment alone does not constitute acceptance.
- Design Responsibility: You are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all design files, drawings, and specifications you provide. We will manufacture to your specifications and are not liable for errors in your designs.
- DFM Review: We may provide a free Design for Manufacturability (DFM) review. This is advisory only — final design responsibility remains with you.
4. Pricing and Payment
- All prices are quoted in USD unless otherwise agreed. Prices are exclusive of shipping, customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the buyer's responsibility.
- Payment terms are as agreed in the quote. We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and other methods as specified. Production begins only upon receipt of payment or approved credit terms.
- For first-time customers, 100% prepayment is typically required. Established customers may qualify for 30% deposit, balance before shipment terms.
5. Intellectual Property
- Your IP: You retain all intellectual property rights in the designs, drawings, and files you provide to us. By providing these files, you grant us a limited licence to use them solely for the purpose of manufacturing your order.
- Confidentiality: We treat your technical drawings and design files as confidential. We are willing to sign Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) upon request prior to reviewing any files.
- Our IP: All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Dongguan Jinweitai Hardware Industrial Co., Ltd. and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
6. Quality and Inspection
- We manufacture parts in accordance with the specifications provided and our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- We perform dimensional inspection on all orders. CMM reports and material certifications are available upon request.
- If parts do not conform to agreed specifications, please notify us within 14 days of receipt with photographic evidence and a detailed description of the non-conformance. We will, at our option, re-manufacture the non-conforming parts or issue a credit.
- Our liability for non-conforming parts is limited to the value of the affected parts. We are not liable for consequential, indirect, or incidental damages.
7. Shipping and Delivery
- Lead times are estimates and begin from confirmation of payment and approved drawings. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs clearance, carrier delays, or force majeure events.
- Risk of loss and title to goods passes to you upon handover to the carrier (EXW Dongguan, unless otherwise agreed).
- We will assist with export documentation, but you are responsible for compliance with import regulations in your country, including any required import licences.
8. Limitation of Liability
- To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Ginwate CNC's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
- We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of business, indirect, special, or consequential damages, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
- Nothing in these terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Cancellations and Returns
- Cancellations: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of confirmation at no charge. After production has commenced, cancellation fees apply based on work completed.
- Custom Parts: All CNC machined, injection molded, and fabricated parts are custom-manufactured to your specifications. We do not accept returns for parts that conform to your provided specifications.
- Non-conforming Parts: See Section 6 for our policy on defective or non-conforming parts.
10. Website Use
- You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website to transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content, attempt to gain unauthorised access to any systems, or interfere with website functionality.
- We reserve the right to terminate access to our website for any user who violates these terms.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be submitted to the competent courts in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.
- For customers in the European Union, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence may also apply.
12. Changes to These Terms
- We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated date.
- Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We recommend reviewing these terms periodically.
