Ginwate is a CNC machining supplier in Dongguan, China, with no minimum order quantity. We accept orders from 1 to 10,000+ pieces: single custom parts, 1-piece prototypes, low-volume batches, and ongoing production. Every order, at any quantity, is machined to ±0.01 mm standard tolerance (±0.005 mm on critical dimensions) under an ISO 9001:2015 workflow, with material certificates and CMM inspection reports available from the very first part.
Most machine shops quote small orders reluctantly and price them punitively. Do you have a minimum order quantity (MOQ)?+
No. Ginwate has no minimum order quantity. We machine single custom parts, 1-piece prototypes, small batches, and production runs from 1 to 10,000+ pieces on the same equipment with the same quality documentation.
Can I order just one custom CNC machined part?+
Yes. One-off parts are a normal order for us, not an exception: single prototypes, replacement parts machined from a drawing, and R&D test pieces. Upload your CAD and drawing and you get an engineer-reviewed quote within 24 hours.
Is one-off CNC machining expensive?+
A single part costs more per piece than a batch, because programming and setup are spread over one unit. We keep one-offs affordable with fast standardized setups, and honest DFM feedback, often a small tolerance or geometry change cuts the price meaningfully. The same setup then makes repeat orders cheaper.
How fast can I get a 1-piece prototype from China?+
Machined prototypes typically ship in 3-7 days from drawing approval. With express air freight (DHL / FedEx / UPS) and DDP terms, most customers in North America, Europe, and Australia have parts in hand within about two weeks of first contact.
Can you scale from a prototype to production without requoting everything?+
Yes. The prototype's process sheet, fixturing plan and inspection template carry directly into pilot and production batches. You validate the design once, then reorder at volume with the same tolerances, materials and reports.
Do you work with startups and small engineering teams?+
Yes. No MOQ means startups, research labs and small OEMs get the same engineering review, tolerances and documentation as large customers. Many of our production customers started with a single trial part.
