Precision Transmission Components
Composed of various transmission elements — shafts, shaft systems, brakes, clutches, reversing and energy storage components. Achieves power and motion transmission, operated manually or electrically to change working state and parameters of power machines or transmission systems.
Automatic Dismantling Belt Machine
Automatically transfers ICs from Reel reels to Tube tubes, separating the carrier film and placing components into the correct Tube. Enables high-efficiency, high-accuracy semiconductor product testing processes. Custom designed for each client's production requirements.
Chip Testing Fixture
Precision fixtures comprising a support frame, testing seat, connector and circuit board. The testing seat holds a chip for functionality verification, the support frame fixes the seat, the connector links to the circuit board, and the board simulates the chip's working state for accurate testing.
Injection Mold Flow Channel Retrofit
Adding diversion channels creates a smooth transition zone between the main channel and sprue, ensuring even plastic flow distribution across multi-cavity molds. Since 2006, we have successfully retrofitted 300+ injection mold sets per year, significantly improving our customers' production efficiency.
Wafer Loading / Unloading Robot Upgrade
Wafer handling was previously highly manual, prone to errors and inefficient. We design and upgrade precision wafer loading/unloading equipment using automation engineering, replacing manual handling with robotic solutions. We have successfully upgraded numerous production lines, greatly improving accuracy and throughput.
Chip Material Box
Multifunctional precision material boxes for pre-packaging semiconductor chips. Beyond basic storage and transport, these boxes integrate cleaning, disinfection and metering functions to meet diverse requirements throughout the semiconductor chip manufacturing process.
