Aluminum 6061 and 7075 warp without the right roughing/stress-relief sequence. Our process plans separate heat input from finishing passes so the part stays flat.
Anodize · electroplate · surface treatment
Type II anodize adds 5-15µm per side. Type III adds up to 50µm. We pre-compensate machined dimensions so the finished, plated part hits drawing — not the bare blank.
